Stock Return Policy

As Yuan Fung Enterprise (Selangor) SDN. BHD. and CMB Enterprise SDN. BHD. provide wholesale products at very competitive prices, our stocks are moving very quickly. Therefore, we regret that our goods, once sold, are NOT refundable, returnable or exchangeable in cases other than quality issues, incorrect items being dispatched or missing items.

Faulty Products

Our companies aim to provide you products with highest qualities and standards. All our merchandise is scrupulously checked prior to shipment to ensure it arrives at your address free of defects. Colour or quality may differ slightly due to monitor settings and lighting of the photography. Hence, we DO NOT accept return/ refund/ exchange if the product received differs slightly with the picture shown and online description in terms of colour, pattern, measurement, other minor aspects.


In the unfortunate event that your item arrives materially defective, not as described or doesn’t do what it’s supposed to, you will be entitled for a refund if the faulty item is returned to us in the same condition as it was sent within ten (10) calendar days after receiving the item.


Note: Damaged goods due to client negligence will not be accepted for refund.

Incorrect / Missing Items

Should you find any product received does not match what you ordered, for instance, incorrect colour/ size/ pattern etc., you will be entitled for an exchange if the incorrect item is returned to us in the same condition as it was sent within ten (10) calendar days after receiving the item. Please note that all returned item must be unused/ unworn with all its labels, tags and original packaging.


If we happen to dispatch less than what you ordered, we are sorry for being careless and will provide you a product replacement with free shipping.


If by any chance your item is out of stock or discontinued, we do apologize and you will be entitled for a refund or an exchange to other available item of equal or lesser value (for higher value item a top up is required).

Process of Return/ Refund/ Exchange
Step 1:

Please report any damaged/ incorrect/ missing item within three (3) calendar days upon receiving the parcel by giving us a call at +603-6816 9333 or emailing us at / with following details:

Note: Any late response will not be entertained.

Step 2:

Please allow 1-2 working days for us to process your request. Once we process your request, we will issue you a Return Authorization Number, which must be clearly marked on the outside of the packaging box.


All returned product must be returned in the original packaging, including all items originally packaged with the product (documentation, user’s manual, accessories etc.). Products must be well packed in order to protect against loss or damage.

You will pay for the return shipping fees first and if the product returned is deemed significantly damaged, the return and replacement shipping fees will be borne by us, so keep your receipts.


We encourage you to return your parcel via registered or traceable postal services as all returned parcels remain the responsibility of the buyer until received by Yuan Fung Enterprise (Selangor) SDN. BHD/ CMB Enterprise SDN. BHD.


When shipping product back to us, please forward us a copy and retain a copy of the tracking number from the shipping carrier (if any) for your records, so that all parties can track the shipment. Email tracking information to us at / . Product returned more than ten (10) calendar days from the received date will not be refunded or returned to you. We recommend that you insure the shipment against loss or damage.

Step 4:

Once the returned product reaches our premises, it takes 2-3 working days for us to inspect your returned product and review all the details. We will send you an email or give you a call to notify the outcome of your return request and arrange a refund/ exchange (if applicable).


Generally it takes three (3) to five (5) business days for the money to reach your account.


If we find that the merchandise is not defective in any way or has been misused, then the merchandise will be shipped back to you. You will be asked to pay for the return shipping fee before we can ship back to you. If you are not willing to pay for the return shipping fee, items would be hold on our side.


Yuan Fung Enterprise (Selangor) SDN. BHD. and CMB Enterprise SDN. BHD. reserve full right to reject any returned goods not meeting the stipulated Stock Return Policy. We strictly require our customer to email us for return shipment before sending the product back to us, otherwise return shipment will not be entertained.


Any refunds issued will be for the purchase price of the returned item(s), inclusive of six (6)% GST. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Any rebate associated with the returned products will be voided.


For refunds on products paid by cheque or interbank money transfer, we will refund to the same account that you used to make payment, via interbank money transfer. For refunds on products paid by cash, you can choose either cash refund (self-collection at our warehouse) or interbank money transfer.
