Yuan Fung Enterprise (Selangor) SDN. BHD. (est. 2008) and CMB Enterprise SDN. BHD. (est. 2015) operate as importer and distributor of general merchandise and baby product, respectively. Our companies are based in Malaysia with a self-occupied warehouse nestled in Batu Caves, Selangor.
Founded in 1998, a family business owned by three brothers – CH Lee, Wenson Lee & Simon Lee was formed under the name of Yuan Fung Enterprise. In 2008, the three brothers decided to incorporate their company as a private company, under the name of Yuan Fung Enterprise (Selangor) Sdn. Bhd., with a focus on selling general merchandise. As our business has seen rapid growth, we responded to market needs by establishing a new company within the same premises in 2015, CMB Enterprise Sdn. Bhd. which specializes in selling baby products.
We import large quantities of fast-selling, high quality merchandise directly from manufacturers in UK, USA, Dubai, Korea, Japan, Taiwan, Thailand and China. We then warehouse them and sell them to wholesalers and retailers throughout Malaysia. We also sell our products to Indonesia, Brunei, Philippines, Thailand, Papua New Guinea etc through our long-term business partner. With hundreds of products across categories including baby and toddler, home and living, sports and outdoors, toys and games, musical instruments among others, Yuan Fung Enterprise (Selangor) SDN. We stock some of the leading brands including Camera Baby Products originated from Taiwan, Mother Baby Products originated from Thailand, Sakura Guitar originated from China, LAVA Plasticware originated from Malaysia etc. – all at competitive trade prices, with further bulk discounts and offers available. We have even created our own brand when we couldn’t find one to fit a need in the market. Ronson is the example of this.
